Removal of 2 leaky roofs. New boards fascia and vented soffit. New EPDM rubber roof, lead work and ridge tiles put in with flexim.

Part 11 - finished 👍 new EPDM on osb3 board, counter batten. Vent and full thickness fascia, new lead flashing & flexim used on the ridge tiles.
