Today we’ve attended a customer that’s system is experiencing circulation issues down to dirt and muck in the system . In our opinion using the Adey magnnacleanse set up is the best way to tackle this and get your system crystal clear again . Below you can see what results we can get . FROZEN CONDENSATE!!!!

Due to the very cold weather we are experiencing the condensate pipe from your boiler can freeze, this will, in most cases be the white plastic pipe that comes out of the boiler to the outside connecting to a drain or soak away.
By pouring warm water from the kettle over the pipe outside the ice inside the pipe will start to defrost, this can take some time and you may need to repeat this a few times. Once defrosted your boiler should start to work after it’s reset.

After last nights announcement nothing has changed for failsafe heating we are operating to the guidelines as we did through 2020
Face masks,gloves and sanitisers will be used our aim is to make you feel as comfortable as possible in your own home/business as we try to keep your heat on
