A bit further on today with the distribution board, BMS controller and events socket mounted and cables sorted ready for terminating in the morning. One of our electricians also assisted a gentleman who was slightly unsteady on his feet, always happy to help.

Today we started a new project at Crystal Peaks Shopping centre, replacing one of the lighting pillars due to corrosion of the old one. Our team managed to strip and remove the old pillar and install the new one in the same day. Tomorrow we will be starting to install a new distribution board and reconnect the supplies and control equipment.

Replacement of the fire shutters at Crystal Peaks Shopping centre lower mall. This was very challenging but our team of contractors managed to complete the project with minimal disruption to the centre.

The Works new store at The Galleries, Washington. The initial fit out carried out ready for The Works contractors to complete the retail area.

Another year gone by and another NICEIC inspection completed and passed.

Refurbishment in Doncaster bringing new life into an old warehouse completed mid October. New office and warehouse space ready for the next occupants. Full electrical rewire wit new lighting, power, heating and distribution.

This project took 8 weeks due to the amount of racking that had to be removed along with the partitions and ceilings by the main contractor, D&M Shopfitting. New roof lights were installed as well as repairs/replacement of the external cladding.

Demolition of the internals and the mains room cleared out at the Doncaster site, now time to start the fit out. All the containment installed, office lighting and power ready for the partitioners to install the walls and ceilings, who’ve started this morning. Warehouse lighting virtually complete, just a few lights to install once the safety netting is removed. Once the external damaged cladding has been replaced we can get on with installing the exterior lighting.

Small shop completed in Hull in less than 2 weeks thanks to the team work between our electricians and D&M Shopfitting.

The retail area was fully stripped out, new ceiling, lighting, fire alarm and decorated throughout. New extract to toilet, as not only was the existing fan not working it was the wrong type and wouldn’t have created enough air changes.
