Landing stairs and hallway ceilings overboarded keeping original cornice intact.

Full prep of all walls with Bond It plasterers grit
And a full bead and skim throughout.

Bedroom,

Cuoboard removed and made good,
Ceiling overboarded
Full grit bead and skim of wall with rendermesh embedded for extra strength
