Small Bathroom. Big Difference. 🚿

Bathrooms like this can be surprisingly challenging. With very little working space available, even simple tasks can take longer than expected.

That said, the transformation on this one was dramatic.

From an ageing bathroom with a black suite and shower curtain to a modern, fully tiled shower room complete with feature wall, new flooring, vanity unit, lighting and shower enclosure.

Definitely worth the effort.

“Dyslexic Bath Tap Instructions…” 🚿😂

Sometimes the plumbing is easier than the instruction manual…

Came across these bath tap instructions recently and thought they deserved sharing.

“Flush the impurities and silt in the pipe in case of the blocking…”
“Blocked all outlet of pipes…”
“Rever the protective plastic sheet…”

Close enough 😅

At least fitting the bathroom properly is easier than translating the instructions.

Complete Bathroom Renovation Recently Finished 🚿

A lovely bathroom project completed recently for a previous customer in their new home.

The customer had previously been quoted over £17,000 elsewhere for the full renovation including furniture and tiles.

This completed project came in at just under £10,000 while still delivering a high-quality finish and everything the customer wanted.

This project included:

Standard tradesman field dressing… tape fixes everything 😂👍

Bit of an on-the-job repair today — not quite plumbing related this time 😄

Even with a dodgy hand, it’s been business as usual at Plumb ’n’ Tile — getting jobs finished properly and customers looked after.

This week has included:
✔️ Shower repairs
✔️ Leak fixes
✔️ Bathroom work in progress

En-Suite Refit in Progress 🚿

Current en-suite refit coming along well.

The customer wanted the new shower tray installed at floor level for a clean, modern finish. We were also aware there was wet underfloor heating in the room.

After removing the old enclosure, tray and floor tiles — and carefully lifting the subfloor — you can see just how close the heating pipes are to the new low-level shower waste.

Jobs like this need careful planning and precision to avoid costly damage.

If you’re considering an en-suite renovation, low-level shower installation, or bathroom upgrade, it’s important the work is done properly from the start.
