The first of our next batch of HMO’s has been handed over!

This Nottingham project offers 4 Studios, 2 Bedrooms and a communal Kitchen. We have completed the full Electrical Package, including the Fire Alarm & Emergency Lighting.

Beautiful finished job, which we think our guys have done a fantastic job on!

The next one will soon be ready for Handover in Derby, where we’ve took care of the full plumbing & heating alongside the Electrical.

Another incredible job complete from our side!

We were lucky enough to win the Plumbing/Gas Works on this project and the finish from all trades involved has left this transformation looking beautiful.

With Underfloor Heating installed across the entire Ground Floor, Designer Radiators throughout, x2 En-Suites, x1 Bathroom, x1 WC and Kitchen/Utility our guys had their work cut out but as always, have done an amazing job.

Another project winds to a close in Sheffield, with an amazing finish to this project.

We were awarded the Electrical Works on this project that included renovation works with Down Lights throughout, a completely new Kitchen & Circuitry, Two New Bathrooms, and numerous items elsewhere.

The clients are delighted with the end results as are we. Our guys on here have really done a fantastic job on this one, and we roll into another again in Sheffield which we will post in due course.

Fantastic to share the completed works at the first of 4 HMO Refurbishments from ourselves, for a very good client of ours.

Complete in Chesterfield, we’ve assisted in transforming a run down property to a beautiful premises for 8 different tenants.

Three further properties all in progress currently in Derby & Nottingham to share, with more on the horizon.

One of our final projects of the year!

A refurbishment of a warehouse in Sheffield with both Plumbing & Electrical works ensured we left the project with new High Bay Warehouse Lighting, a new Fire Alarm system, LED 600x600 Lighting & Electric Radiators throughout the offices, new WCs, Cylinders to ensure hot water is taken to each kitchenette etc etc!

A really fast paced project with some obstacles to overcome but we think the finished product is brilliant.

2023 has been amazing for us at STAT, and we must thank everyone out there who chose ourselves to work alongside. We’ve been put to the test this year (especially the last few weeks!) and we’ve got to the end of it!

We also must say thank you to our team of engineers who go to every length to ensure we deliver the best product we can.

🛁 Our most recent Bathroom Transformation!

Accessibility was a key factor in this transformation alongside the high standard modern finish we’ve given it.
Taking it from a Step-In Shower & Bath to a walk in Concealed Shower with Non-Slip tiles has ensured the client with full use & no fears for the future.

Relocation of the Basin & Fan, with an LED Mirror & the installation of Glass Sliding Door has finished it off fantastically. Once again, our guys have done an unbelievable job!

What a finish on this unbelievable project!

The Architects Photos have finally been posted to display this incredible new build property we completed last year in South Yorkshire. We wanted to wait until these had been done as our own photos attached don't do the project justice.

As an Electrical Project this property included Spotlights throughout, New Socket Circuits, Underfloor Heating, All Kitchen Electrics etc.

Once again our operatives on the job did us proud and we are delighted with the work they did.

Site almost there on one of our complete Mechanical & Electrical projects on these 9 Plots based out in Loughborough.

Full Electrical package, with Heating, Plumbing & Bathrooms all complete by our team.
