🏡🔨 SPARROWHAWK’S BIG BUILD – WE’RE BACK! 👊🏻💪🏻
After an 18-month break, we’re back on site for PHASE TWO of Sparrowhawk’s Big Build! 🏡
During Phase One, we constructed a huge two-storey, part single-storey wraparound extension, completing all the downstairs works and transforming the ground floor.
Now it’s time to turn our attention to upstairs and bring the next stage of this fantastic project to life! 🔨👊🏻
So, what’s involved in Phase Two? 👀
🔨 3 structural knock-throughs
🧱 Extensive internal alterations and reconfiguration to create the new upstairs layout.
🪟 Formation of 2 new window apertures.
🏗️ Insulating, tacking, sticking and skimming throughout.
🪚 First and second-fix carpentry works.
And here’s how the new layout will take shape! 👇🏻
✅ Existing bedroom – transformed into a new en-suite serving the master bedroom.
✅ Existing family bathroom – reconfigured to create the entrance into the new master bedroom, complete with space for built-in wardrobes.
✅ Existing master bedroom – divided and reconfigured to provide access to the new extension bedroom, a brand-new family bathroom and an additional spare bedroom.
There’s been plenty of demolition, structural alterations and head-scratching as we completely transform the upstairs footprint! 😂🔨
It’s great to be back working with returning clients, especially when we get the opportunity to complete the next chapter of a project we started 18 months ago! 😊
Keep an eye on our page as we take you through Phase Two and to the finished transformation! 👀
