Over the past 1.5 days, we’ve been busy in Roker hiding pipework and covering up some dodgy plasterwork.

The customer had been suffering from damp issues, so we advised them to have the problem treated first. Once the pointing had been renewed and the wall had fully dried out, we installed walnut acoustic panelling, completely transforming the space into a modern, stylish, and easy-to-clean entranceway.

We also designed and fitted a removable boxing beneath the boiler to neatly conceal all of the pipework while still allowing easy access when needed.

Over the past two days, we’ve been busy in Consett fitting 11 new Oak Holdenby doors. We installed glazed doors downstairs and solid doors upstairs, all perfectly complemented by antique farmhouse-style ironmongery.

Today’s job in Seaham was fitting LVT flooring in this porch area. LVT is the perfect choice for high-traffic spaces as it’s waterproof, durable, and easy to clean.

Over the past 3 days in Hartlepool we’ve been building a bespoke set of alcove units, complete with fitted shelving above.

The shelves feature under-mounted LED lighting to create a warm ambient feel, while the units are finished with classic shaker style doors for a timeless look.

All that’s left now is for the painter to get cracking and really tie the whole room together 👌

Old failing tarpaulin roof removed and replaced with a brand new EPDM rubber roof today. With a 50-year lifespan and a new 18mm OSB deck installed, this roof is built to withstand even the harshest storms.

Floor repair completed last week in Consett.

The old rotten flooring was fully removed, with the joists and surrounding timber treated using rot hardener and insect repellant to eliminate any woodworm and help protect against future damage.

The job was finished with new 18mm moisture-resistant OSB flooring, leaving a solid, level base ready for the new floor covering to be fitted.
