From Design to Reality – A Stunning Home Extension Transformation! 🏡

What started as a set of architectural drawings designed by Glasper Lee Design Ltd has now become a beautiful, light-filled living space.

This project features:
✨ A spacious rear extension seamlessly blending with the existing property
✨ Large aluminium bi-fold doors opening up the home and garden
✨ A striking roof lantern flooding the interior with natural light
✨ Structural alterations creating a modern open-plan living area
✨ High-quality brickwork and detailing to match the original house

Seeing the journey from paper plans to completed structure is always one of the most rewarding parts of what we do. The transformation has created a brighter, larger, and more functional family space that will be enjoyed for years to come.

We're proud to share the completion of this project, transforming what was originally a single office into a fully functional workspace designed to support the client's continued growth.

The new build includes:

✅ A fully fitted kitchen and staff welfare area
✅ Two modern office spaces
✅ A dedicated meeting room
✅ A spacious storage area with mezzanine flooring for increased capacity

From the structural blockwork to the finished office interiors, this project has converted unused warehouse space into a practical, high-quality extension that maximises both operational and administrative capabilities.

The result is a versatile workspace that supports day-to-day operations while providing room for future growth.

Extension built in Willington. Brick work on the existing extension was taken down and rebuilt to make sure they matched the new extension. We then broke through into the main house to create one large open plan living space.
