Holdsworth Windows Holdsworth Windows is a family run business specialising in the manufacture of bespoke steel windows, leaded lights and fittings.

We offer our customers the complete window fitting service, including site surveys, design, repairs and refurbishment, installation and double glazing. Conservation is an integral part of our work, and we remove and recycle old window frames, glass and fittings such as handles and stays. At any time we can be replacing a small cottage window, tackling a large-scale restoration project or designing

a bespoke window for a modern building. We pride ourselves on our high quality of care, craftsmanship and commitment to our customers. Our dedicated and skilled team, many who have been with us for over 20 years, use a blend of traditional,
time-honoured techniques and modern processes to help us achieve the finest results possible.

We are looking for a reliable and organised Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our busy office team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and is looking for flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities:
• Typing & preparing documents
• Filing and maintaining organised records
• Answering telephone calls and handling enquiries professionally
• Responding to email enquiries
• Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations

Working Hours:
• Part-time, 2 days per week
• One working day must be a Friday
• Hours can be arranged to fit around school schedules if required

About You:
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office applications)
• Friendly and professional
• Previous admin experience is desirable

What We Offer:
• £13.80 per hour
