✅Class C HGV license
✅ valid driver CPC & digital Tachograph card
✅ positive attitude and strong work ethic
✅ excellent customer service skills
✅ previous mixer experience is an advantage, but full training can be provided for the right candidate

Operations Assistant (2 Positions Available)
Stratford-upon-Avon
Full-time | Monday–Friday

We are looking for two individuals to join our growing team based in Stratford-upon-Avon.

This is a varied and fast-paced office role where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly by supporting customers and coordinating day-to-day workloads.

Responsibilities:

* Answering incoming telephone calls professionally and efficiently
* Supporting the operations and account manager.
* Responding to customer emails
* Booking jobs into our system
* Planning and scheduling the days works
* Liaising with customers and colleagues
* Managing changing priorities throughout the day
* General office administration and coordination duties

What we’re looking for:

* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
* Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
* Good computer and email skills
* Experience in administration, planning, customer service or scheduling is beneficial but not essential
