Out with the old, dated wall lights and in with a much cleaner, fresher look.
This space has now been upgraded with KSR fire‑rated LED downlights, giving it a modern finish, better light distribution, and a far more streamlined feel.

It’s always amazing how swapping tired fittings for quality LED downlights can completely lift a room. A simple change, but a huge difference in how the space looks and feels.

This old consumer unit had a few serious issues hiding behind the cover no RCD protection in certain areas, circuits doubled up, and even a dangerous back-feed from the upstairs sockets where someone had tapped into the lighting circuit. Not ideal. ⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️

All of this has now been ripped out, tidied up, and fully rectified using a brand-new Fuseboard consumer unit with both RCD and SPD protection. It is a much safer setup and fully compliant.

After a 20‑minute detour because someone decided to close 20 metres of road, I finally made it to one of Feldon Builders’ projects.

Worth it, though! 👀👏 This beautiful indoor–outdoor space just needed a few finishing touches.

The wicker‑style pendant lighting (customised by us) was exactly what it was missing.
It looks brilliant, and it’s all ready for the better weather. 👏

2nd Fix now completed on The Dairy Project.

A full brand‑new installation from 1st fix right through to final sign‑off, and it’s all come together exactly as planned.

Our work included:

Full wiring and data installation for the Air Source Heat Pump

Complete new install of all circuits

New fusebox afuseboard installation

Wall lights from Dar Lighting

Supply run for a hot tub on the 1st‑floor balcony

KSR FireBreak QR Pro Select Dual Wattage 4CCT IP65 LED Downlight

All accessories installed in Matt Bronze finish

We’ve used the Scolmore Definity range throughout — smooth, clean, screwless plates that give a premium finish without any visible fixings. A modern look that really completes the space.

After the landscaping transformation, we fitted these stunning driveway lights chosen by our client. With 2‑way PIR sensors, the driveway lights up automatically whether you’re arriving home or heading out — practical, welcoming, and beautifully in keeping with the space.
