Bathroom completed in Seaton Sluice. Fully ripped out and re plaster boarded room. Installed new bath and bar mixer shower. Fully tiled bath area with metro tiles, splash back above basin and bath panel done in the same metro tile. Decorative floor tiles.
Vanity basin and toilet unit. Black towel rail installed.
New PVC ceiling with in-line extractor fan and centre dome light.

New chrome towel rail and a vanity basin and toilet unit. Fully cladded walls and PVC ceiling with down lights and in-line extractor fan installed.
LVT flooring installed.

Adjusted soil pipe to allow for new toilet and shower tray location. Concealed dual head shower, black towel rail. Long vanity unit run with marble top. White PVC ceiling and white wall panels on shower & basin/toilet area. New in-line fan installed and 5 new spotlights.

Fully ripped out existing suite, repaired and primed walls ready for tiling.
Installed shower tray, hinged door enclosure and bar mixer shower. Installed close coupled toilet and two new designer radiators. Furniture run with his and her fish bowl style basins. Fully tiled with 300x600mm porcelain tiles. New PVC ceiling. Wall fan and spot lights to be done by customer as he is an electrician.

Bathroom completed in Gosforth.
Installed shallow slate affect shower tray with concealed dual head shower valve. 12mm Glass wet room shower panels. Burlington toilet, basin and pedestal. 1700x750mm bath.
Green and white subway tiles in the wet areas and tongue and grove wood panelling around the rest of the room complete with dado rail and skirting board.
200x200mm patterned floor tiles throughout. X2 Collumn radiators, one with electric element fitted to warm towels without heating the whole room.

Extended bathroom into smaller bedroom to accommodate shower tray. 900x1500mm shower tray with privacy shower screen. Small subway tiles in the shower area and 1200x600mm tiles half height for the rest of the room. Ceiling, bathroom walls and outside of newly created wall all plastered. New free standing bath and wall mounted taps. New basin unit and toilet. LVT flooring throughout. New spotlights and new inline extractor fan. Two LED mirrors and neiche lights. Bronze towel rail to match shower, taps and shower screen profile. Before & After photos.
