Gypcom is an award-winning Rendering and Cladding contractor based in Sussex which has over 20 years experience in application, installation and technical consultation for external façade works. We are approved applicators for leading manufactures such as Weber, Wetherby and Sto to name a few. Good morning, we are looking for a trainee render repair person to learn and carry out remedial repair works and other tasks. On site training provided. Must have a full driving licence. We are also looking for labourers to work in with insulated render gangs and learn to trade for future prosperous positions within your own teams. Licence and transport would be very useful. WE ARE HIRING!
Due to recent contract wins, we are actively looking for the following roles.

Making good/small works person. This role would ideally suit someone with some plastering experience, but not a necessity if a keen and capable learner. Full driving licence will be required.

Experienced plasterer/s or renderer/s required to form a gang for site work. This will involve working with spray render pumps for different types of coloured renders and learning to fix insulated render systems. Training with all render systems will be supplied if you have limited knowledge of these systems. External render and insulation systems pay very well once the skills have been adapted to.

CSCS cards will be required for site works. All rolls are based on price targets and are paid 1 week in hand.

We are hiring!

Gypcom is a leading specialist rendering contractor based in Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex.

We are looking for an apprentice to join our award winning team. The role is entry level, with good rates of pay offered. If you’re a school/college leaver or are looking for a career change, then we would love to hear from you! The role is very hands on and plastering experience not essential as training will be provided. The right candidate just has to have a passion for learning. Driving licence would be an advantage, but not essential.

Due to multiple recent contract wins we are also looking for subcontracting teams of experienced renderers. Experience in applying External Wall Insulation and through coloured render systems is essential as are CSCS cards. Excellent rates of pay offered. Paid weekly. Live projects across Sussex and Surrey.
