Some small repair works carried out for a happy customer in Hangleton.
We replaced the ridge tiles with a new ridge system as well as installing new felt upstands to fully weather the roof apex where it meets the flat roof.

The small section of main roof tiles have been letting water in for multiple years.
We decide to strip and replace the side roof detail and install it as it should be done.
Extra precautions have been taken to ensure no more water will enter the property.

Some smaller roof projects carried out in January.We are thoroughly enjoying the dry weather at the moment!

A complete re-build was too big for the customer to take on at this time so we offered our services to re-build just the top few courses including the flaunching. This will buy them an extra few years before more works may be required.
