Big Happy New year to all our customers and suppliers. Safe to say 2025 was a challenge spending about a quarter of it in hospital but the continued support and understanding didn’t go un noticed and with the help of some great people we kept the ball rolling. Let’s hope 2026 is a good one for you all and a better one for myself onwards and upwards 👌🏻

It’s been a busy month all round but here’s a 👀 at us getting liquid fertiliser on crops. Last splits on wheat and fresh applications after 1st cuts 💪. National Show 2024 🐑🏆

Oswestry Show , Saturday 3rd August judged by Mr Stephen Wallace, Slatehill.

Classes for 2024 to be held in conjunction with Oswestry Agricultural Show at Oswestry Showground.

These are the classes which will be taking place
RAM, 2 years old and upwards
SHEARLING RAM
RAM LAMB, born in 2024
1 EWE, 2 years old and upwards
1 SHEARLING EWE
1 EWE LAMB, born in 2024 GROUP OF THREE, One Male, Two Females.
Entries in this class must be included in other classes and on entry form
YOUNG HANDLER CLASS

Commemorative National Show rosettes and sashes will be awarded to all champions and class winners to 6th place given by The Society of Border Leicester Sheep Breeders.

There is a considerable amount of prize money and sponsorship been put forward for the national show and a great thanks must go to all who will be supporting the show. More details nearer the time.
