🔨 JOB OPPORTUNITY – GROUND SCREW INSTALLER / TRAINEE
MW Ground Screws Ltd is looking for a reliable, hands-on person to help with the installation of ground-screw foundations.
The position will initially be casual/temporary, with the possibility of becoming full-time for the right person as the business grows.
Ground screws are a modern alternative to concrete foundations, used for garden rooms, decking, lodges, extensions, and other structures. This is a great opportunity to learn a growing, specialist trade.
The role will involve:
• Assisting with ground-screw installations
• Operating tools and equipment (after full training)
• Loading and unloading materials
• Working outdoors across different locations
• Helping with site preparation and testing
Experience in construction, groundwork, or operating machinery is useful, but not essential—full training will be provided.
We are looking for someone who is:

✅ Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
✅ Able to work well as part of a small team
✅ Proud of doing a job properly
✅ Possesses a full UK driving licence (ideal)
📍 Location: Based in the Shrewsbury area, with travel to customer properties and sites.
💷 Pay: Rate of pay to be discussed, depending on experience.
