ไก่ต้ม 200 กิโลกรัมถูกนำใส่กะละมังใบใหญ่ทุกวัน ก่อนยกขึ้นท้ายรถกระบะออกเดินทาง ปลายทางไม่ใช่ตลาด ไม่ใช่ร้านอาหาร แต่เป็นสุนัขจรจัดที่รออยู่ตามข้างทาง คนที่ลงมือทำเรื่องนี้คือแอนดี้ อดีตดารานักแสดงที่ผันตัวมาทำธุรกิจร้านเฟอร์นิเจอร์ที่อำเภอกบินทร์บุรี จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี และเขาทำแบบนี้ต่อเนื่องมากว่า 16-17 ปีแล้ว

จุดเริ่มต้นมาจากความสงสารง่ายๆ เมื่อเห็นหมาข้างทางไม่มีอะไรกิน แล้วมันก็ค่อยๆ กลายเป็นภารกิจที่ไม่เคยหยุด รถกระบะคันเดิมตระเวนแจกจ่ายครอบคลุมพื้นที่ 3 ตำบล แต่เรื่องไม่ได้จบแค่การวางอาหารไว้ริมถนน แอนดี้ยังรับสุนัขที่ได้รับบาดเจ็บหรือพิการเข้ามาดูแลในบ้านของตัวเองอีกกว่า 40 ตัว เจ้าตัวบอกว่าทำแล้วมีความสุขทั้งกายและใจ วันไหนไม่ได้ออกไป ก็จะคิดถึงและเป็นห่วงพวกมัน

เขาอยากทำเงียบๆ ด้วยใจจริง แต่สิ่งที่ทำทุกวันไม่เคยหายไปจากสายตาคนในพื้นที่ ชาวบ้านเห็นความเมตตาที่ยืนยาวมาตลอด จึงพากันเรียกเขาว่าเทวดาหมาจร
