This condensate trap had somehow cracked and had been leaking inside and out the boiler for some time, causing significant damage to the boiler casing, as well as marking the ceiling below. Luckily this was picked up on the boiler's annual service, and I was able to replace the part the following day.

Remember to get your boiler serviced once a year, even if it's working ok, to ensure safe operation and to increase its life span 👨‍🔧
