At TC Homes we are delighted to bring some much needed affordable housing to Claverley. We have partnered with Trident Housing, with a mix of bungalows and houses set around public open space, this development is due to start in March 2024.

This was a project were TC Homes negoiated the land, bought the land and then built the houses in partnership with The Wrekin Group. We are very proud to be building affordable housing, especailly when they are in such need.

Keys have been handed over to the residents of 20 new affordable homes in a village near Oswestry as the development was completed.

A successful day of handovers today with 10 of the 20 new propeties at our site in Morda handed to The Wrekin Housing Group. With tenants moving in and an absolutely amazing finish to these properties, the challenges faced has truly been worth it.
