Meet the Team | Joe Langley 👋

Joe joined Howie Kent & Co as a Graduate Surveyor in June 2025, following a Master’s in Rural Estate and Land Management at Harper Adams University.

Since joining the team, Joe has been involved across several areas of the business, including identifying and securing sites for wind, solar and battery storage projects, poultry development and supporting our commercial lettings team.

Joe is currently working towards becoming a Chartered Surveyor through his RICS APC, as well as his CAAV fellowship.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find him playing rugby, getting outdoors or exploring his new home of Shropshire.
