Out with the old gas boiler and in with the new as part of this property refurbishment for we have carried out the electrical installation of this Samsung air source heating system a great form of rather than using fossil fuels it uses Air to heat your home and water reducing CO2 emissions and reducing your energy bills. Its a great option due to their 300% efficiency compared to a Boiler with a maximum of 93% efficiency, with the EHS for 1kW of energy used it produces 3kW of energy 🍃⚡️💡

We have carried out a complete overhaul of the lighting at upgrading their lamps and dimmers to LED giving them environmental and financial benefits. We did this using vintage squirrel cage lamps in the pendants, warm white GU10 Bell lamps in spot lights with black bezels to blend in with the decor, and up and down black wall lights, all controlled by V-PRO LED dimmer switches. 💡🍃
