This December treat yourself to an early Christmas Present and automate your lights and power.

You can have the Christmas tree turn on as the first person arrives home and turn off when the last person leaves the house.*

Outside sockets can be installed so that your outdoor light displays can be scheduled to come on at sunset and the switches electronically locked to prevent unwanted switching off.

If you are away over the festive period you can automate your lights to simulate an occupied house making it look like the house isn't empty.

Electrical Condition Inspection Reports (EICRs) are mainly used for insurance and rental purposes in both domestic and commercial settings. Unlike a lot of companies we aim to inspect & test 100% of your sockets, switches and lights (most only do 25%) as per best practice.

PAT testing (In-service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment) including establishing systems to reduce testing frequency whilst maintaining compliance. In addition to the testing we can work with your company to reduce the frequency of these tests whilst still meeting Government legislation.

Recent consumer unit relocation carried out for a very satisfied customer.

The board is now accessible without the need for a step ladder and surge protection has been added to protect sensitive electronic equipment.

Sharp eyed readers will notice that at some point the main protective bonding to the gas and water had been disconnected. A new Main Earth Terminal was added and the bonding reinstated.
