Here’s to another beautiful end to a long lasting project, during this project we completed a full reroof and replaced any broken tiles, bonnets and ridges necessary. We also replaced all leadwork around the chimney with a touch of lead welding on the back gutter.

When it comes to re-roofs it can be an expensive job so re-using old tiles make it a more cost effecting option for clients who need the work carried out.

Hi All, we’ve been very busy trying to make all our recent customers happy and I can say we haven’t disappointed. We have some good news coming for everyone who is staying tuned on how we are getting on, so keep your eyes peeled.

Here we have a fibreglass roof with Anti-slip slate granules to ensure the customer can walk on the roof. This is for easy and safe access to the window even in this winter weather which seems to last all year round!

We fitted the following;
New furring and boards,
New skylight,
New lead flashing,
New gutters,
New facias,
New fibreglass roof,
New 200mm insulation.

On this job the team faced a challenge that we don’t come across often. This was that the joists were facing the wrong way as seen in the photos. Usually the joists should be hung from a wall plate and should face towards the soak away which is used by the guttering. But a common phrase we like to use is ‘no problems, only solutions’ and with a can do attitude the lads provided the customer with the five star finish we all deserve.

Here we are showcasing a Re-roof we did for an amazing customer in Sidmouth our local area.
This consisted of various things:
-New gutters to support the heavy rainfall,
-New felt & batten re-using the old tiles and replacing any broken ones with reclaimed tiles to match,
-New dry ridge system,
-New lead work with rendering to cover,
-New chimney caps,
-New felt support trays,
-New Flaunching & more!
