COVID-19 Update

We are still trading!

During this time of uncertainty, New Phase Cumbria, is open as usual. In line with government advise, we are asking all customers to please maintain a 2m distance as much as possible or remain in a different room whilst work is carried out.

We have fitted a full hand-wash system into the van and we are ensuring hands are fully washed and sanitized before and after entering anyone's home.

Please note that we are also prioritizing work for all NHS staff and the elderly with no call out charges!

As I'm sure most locals are now aware, last night a number of work vans were yet again broken into and tools stolen!

This happened to me last year and is now becoming more and more common in this area.

As a result, I am looking into prices for wifi enabled cctv cameras that are easily installed in most homes and could help to catch these people in the act - or at the very least make them think twice about approaching your vehicle. Camera prices start from £45.

If anyone has a van or commercial vehicle parked outside their home in Silloth, Abbeytown, Allonby or surrounds areas & would be interested in having 1 of these cameras fitted, I will provide my services to install them at 1/2 my standard rate and supply the cameras at a cost price.

A bit of good news to start off the weekend...
The police have managed to recover a large amount of the property that was stolen during the robbery in March! Unfortunately no one has been charged but the tools that were recovered have been returned to us!

**Note to anyone else who had property stolen on that night (there were 14 vans in total):
If you haven't heard from the police about going to identify your property please PM us & we will send you the details of the officer in charge of the case!**
