Burst flexi underneath the bath at early hours 😴 both pipes were extremely corroded. Capped off and made safe for a return visit to re pipe hot and cold feeds.

Safe to say this one definitely woke me up at 3am.😂💧🔧

⭐️The difference a powerflush can make! ⭐️

Have you got an old system that’s not very efficient, with certain radiators not getting hot to their full potential?

Over time the radiators ironise and create sludge and debris in your heating system, causing blockages and circulation issues.

Recent couple of jobs.

Old seized stopcock replaced with lever valve and pipework adjustment. ✅

New waste trap and pipework adapted. ✅

Pin hole in cold feed underneath kitchen sink. Cut out and replaced pipe work with all necessary isolation valves for washing machine and dishwasher. ✅

Double check valve installed to prevent cross contamination from appliances. ✅

Couple of recent jobs.

Ball valve replaced with isolation service valve on the cold water tank in an airing cupboard. ✅

Floating toilet stripped down to replace leaking flush cone rubber and clear blockage of wedged plastic toilet freshener. ✅

Saniflo pump replaced with new siphon and fill valve. Toilet re installed and sealed. ✅

⭐️ wow! Spot the difference! ⭐️

Amazing what a conversion can do and upgrading your boiler to a combi boiler! A cupboard once filled with a hot water tank, (cylinder) and a spaghetti junction of cables. Now makes a perfect cupboard for a bathroom!

The ideal vogue, one of my favourite boilers, filled with more brass and less plastic!

10 year warranty on parts and labour. ✅

Good hot water pressures. ✅

More space created. ✅
