Great to see this project really starting to take shape. The main structure is now complete and the build is moving into the next stages.

Completed so far:
✔️ Groundworks and foundations
✔️ Structural brickwork completed
✔️ Roof structure and tiling finished
✔️ Solar panels installed
✔️ Internal structural works underway
Next stages:
🔧 Windows and doors installation
🔧 First fix plumbing & electrics
🔧 Internal insulation and plastering
🔧 External works and landscaping

Always satisfying to see a project move from drawings to a real structure on site. Plenty still to do but the vision is coming together.

Today we were invited to Medway councils opening ceremony of a property on which we sourced the land, obtained planning, built and sold to We were joined by local councillors and members of Medways assisted living team.This lovely property will be used by medway councils in house supported living service which will help young adults with learning difficulties.
