Job completed in wainfleet.
Complete rip out new walls and floor put in, new plumbing throughout .
Ceiling overboarded and skimmed and spot lights installed.
Walk in shower with niche and rain head shower , free standing bath with wall fitting taps and niche.
Towel radiator toilet floating basin and cupboard and a led mirror.
Fully tiled .

A slightly different shaped kitchen done for a repeat customer.
A hexagonal kitchen at an old toll house and fitted using all products and plans from customer using Ikea kitchen units.
The customer wanted joint strips which was a relief due to all the angles so what the customer asked for I was happy to give.
Complete strip out and new plumbing installed units made and installed and integrated appliances installed.
Back in a few weeks to do a shower room.

Conservatory floor taken up joists taken out all plumbing removed and replaced drainage pipe.
Dug out and prepped ready for concrete base to be laid next, after this was done another company came in and fitted new conservatory windows doors and roof.
Then back to install insulation with kingspan for underfloor pipework to be fitted and flow screed over by the air source heating company .

Kitchen taken out, door taken out into conservatory then new electrics put in pipe work moved and ready for self levelling new ceiling in and plastered at the weekend by Matthew Bannerman .

Large kitchen and sun room, underfloor electric heating laid then tiled using wood effect tiles.

Bathroom updated from bath to low level shower tray and wet room screen, new tiling all round including a floral feature tiled wall, leaving the original toilet and basin units in situ overboard ceiling and skimmed . Matthew Bannerman plastering
