Below are a few completions from last week!

A previous felt roof on a Small conservatory in Mablethorpe which was suffering severe leaks. Whilst at the job, we also corrected a small fix at the front of the property which put an end to any future leaking issues too!

Secondly another hotel business in Skegness whose reception area was showing noticeable signs of leak from the roof above. Helping to improve the first impressions of a customer about to start their short holiday at the property!

This weeks fix on a hotel in Skegness. Rooms were being damaged due to a leak from the 4th story roof.

Water pooling in the middle of your roof is never an ideal situation so be on the lookout if this is happening with yours.

We added a fall the roof to ensure any substantial amount of water runs off the roof and once fibreglassed, the customer will have a lifetime guarantee of no more leaks.

A recently completed project at a local Blue Anchor site who were in desperate need of us to fix a roof that constantly leaked.

After shuffling a few things around and working twice as hard we managed to get the roof completely watertight so they could reopen business with the smallest downtime possible.

After previously completing the roof for the customer out at a property in Alford. They decided to transform the space into a balcony.

Once the railing and glass was installed we came back to the property and completed the job. As you can see from the pictures the customer requested a lighter grey colour for the deck with a darker grey border and it looks fantastic!

The customers already purchased her outdoor furniture so they can enjoy the last of the summer evenings watching the sunset 🌅
