Today our hardest-working colleagues take centre stage. ๐Ÿ

For several years now we have been keeping bee colonies: nine at the warehouse on LรถhestraรŸe and, more recently, three on the roof of our headquarters.

The idea came from our Head of Warehouse, a passionate beekeeper who wanted to bring life to the idle commercial land at the warehouse. That is Relentless. Proactively spotting opportunities where others see only an empty plot.

The idea became a project. Commercial land became habitat. ๐Ÿฏ

What we love about it: bees live the values we stand for. No material is wasted, every role has a purpose, the system only works through collaboration at eye level. Quietly, tirelessly โ€” but with measurable impact.
