From 2 separate rooms with severe damp, black mould, freezing cold & its own mini eco system🐌…to one room,now fully insulated ceiling & walls with a lovely bathroom suite…Some joinery skills thrown in for the storage shelves around the toilet with built in cistern & a little stylish basin cupboard made to assist with a little more storage.

* Customer will be add skirting boards, decorating & doing the flooring in due course *

The height on this customers shower tray was getting to be a problem for them to step in and out of, not only was that the issue but the shower had been leaking behind the tiles for some time causing damp damage & mould.

Removed the old shower encloser, deep tray & old broken shower and replaced with a shallow easier access tray, some lovely white marble panelling , modern chrome encloser & thermostatic bar mixer shower.

Unfortunately this customer’s Worcester had decided to give in and wasn’t going to be cost effective to repair so a suit...

Unfortunately this customer’s Worcester had decided to give in and wasn’t going to be cost effective to repair so a suitable replacement was made.

Exisiting pipework ran behind the old boiler so to house the new boiler, pipework adjustments were made to neatly run along side.

New system filter & time clock installed and now one happy customer 😊

Customer wanted a Combi boiler installed to replace their old system.

Old boiler was in the kitchen & cylinder was in a closet within the bedroom, both taking up valuable cupboard space.

Old boiler removed, Cylinder removed and an Ideal Instinct2 35 installed in the loft with vertical flue.

All pipes lagged completing installation

Customer requested a very basic bathroom
suite replacement, Removing his old cream style suite.

Moving Toilet & basin to a more suitable location the bathroom now feels spacious, bright and a bit more modern with the new suite, towel radiator & marble effect boards around the shower/bath area.

Removal of old cast iron soil stack & replaced with new to house the new location of toilet & basin waste.

Flooring completed by Flooring Design Studio of Skipton.

Customer to decorate in due course

As the Temperatures rise it is now a good time to know where your stop tap is and that you can easily access it to turn off in case of an emergency.

This is the time where any leaks caused by frost will show leaving things such as outside taps and Pipework in garages at risk. 🔧🚰

This customer was 2years behind on there annual boiler servicing resulting in poor performance.

The importance of having your boiler checked & serviced regularly is to avoid explosive ignition & wastage of Gas.

Keeping up to date with annual servicing will ensure you are :-

- Not Voiding your Warranty

A nice Combi swap this morning
This old Worcester had a list of faults which were not cost effective to repair so was removed and replaced with an Ideal Instinct.
Up & running by lunch with a very happy customer who now has heating & hot water
