Hi everyone,

To ensure continued efficiency around my schedule and providing a high level of customer service, I am updating my payment policy.

To secure a date in my diary I am now implementing a deposit system which will be set at 10% of the total cost of the job. This will be deducted from your final payment of which is due on completion of works carried out.

Almost finished now few final touches and then we are fully finished at gavs renovation 😮‍💨

Doors smashed out 🚪
Stud walls created for a more open layout.
Skirts arch’s and window boards fit.
Set of double doors fitted.
Plasterboarding and panelling.

So recently we have been working at the Bracken and Stone - Luxury Group Stays doing some renovation jobs to freshen the holiday home for guests and here’s a few things we have been working on:

Brand new Mdf panelling added to all five bedroom for a feature wall.

Brand new door fitted from lounge area into the kitchen.
New oak quickstep flooring fitted that makes the room feel huge! And more modern feel.

Picture rail added and new radiator cover

Brand new ironmongery fitted to all doors

New oak beam above the fire for a warm cozy cottage feel. 🔥

Here’s some small jobs we have been working on recently:

This client wanted the washing machine and dryer hidden away nicely as they are now using the office as a guests room, so we added x2 sliding doors for easy access.

Next we have a bespoke under storage cupboard with open shelving made to measure out of Mdf and routered doors✔️✔️

Then lastly we have currently been working in coniston at a holiday home doing some renovation work such as:
🔘panelling
🔘fire door replaced
🔘 ironmongery being replaced
🔘 oak beam above the open fire
