This living room had serious damp issues, the asphalt had started to fail and the carpet was getting seriously wet. We lifted the carpet removed the failed asphalt , layed new asphalt and self leveling compared and installed J2 vinyl flooring.

Test patch on a coble drive way, great results.
Simply applied and rinsed of, it doesn't get much easier than that👍
Put the jet wash back in the garage🤣

This patio was originally layed over 10 years ago.
Indian flag patio picked out repointed and chemical cleaned.
Im really Impressed with the new product I'm using to clean patios.
This makes patio extension all most unnoticeable 🙌

Get your patio cleaned this spring ready for summer, the product is simply applied and rinsed off, it's as simple as that, no need to jet wash which can damage your pointing.

These pictures are with 2 coats applied, I can't believe the results 😁
