New Vaillant Ecotec Plus installed this week.
This was a conversation from open vented to combi boiler.
Giving the customer instant hot water and heating.
Being open vented system the hot water flow very poor and also in cost effective for there needs.
Heating up litres of water unnecessary.
10 years peace of mind from Vaillant, amazing after sales service with warranty.

New Navian boiler installation this Saturday!

Upstairs and downstairs zoned heating controlled by EPH wireless programmable room thermostats.

Honeywell zone valves can operate individually or both together. This allows the heating to be split to a level giving you better heating control.

Each room has also been equipped with new raidiators and thermostatic radiator valves.

The new boiler needed installing where the old one was which gave us a few challenges with existing shower pipework, but we sorted it all out! All in all a great new boiler and central heating system that met their budget. We install boilers to accommodate all budgets, and this one is much more efficient for the owner and will keep them toasty and warm for many years to come.

Just a few before and after pictures of this bathroom we have just finished refurbishing, we did all the plumbing, heating, electrical, joinery, flooring and tiling 👌

The ceiling was over boarded and skimmed to allow for down lights.

Also the cupboard was removed and resized to accommodate the larger walk-in shower with drench head and hand held shower.

We then added a fab back-lit mirror with its touch-less activation.

The finished result is a great new bathroom, a very happy customer, and - pending them giving it a fresh lick of paint to finish everything off - a fab new space for them to relax and unwind in.

Also added a new carbon monoxide detector.... the original one was out of date.

🎄 Merry Christmas from CAP Plumbing & Heating 🎄

That’s us wrapped up for the year with our final new boiler installed for 2025! We've worked through to Christmas Eve afternoon to make sure our lovely customer has heating and hot water all ready for the festive period ❄️🔥

After a really busy year of boiler servicing, installing shiny new ones, and creating more new bathrooms than you can shake a reindeer at, Chris and apprentice Spencer are now taking a very well-earned break (Christmas jumpers and all!). Before we sign off for the year, we just wanted to say a huge thank you to all our customers for your custom throughout the year — it really does mean a lot for you to support our small local business.

That said, if anyone does find themselves with a boiler emergency over the next few weeks, please call us and we'll do our best to get you up and running again. We wouldn’t want any local families going without heating or hot water - especially as the temperature outside is starting to drop again.
