Very pleased to secure planning permission for my client to build above their bungalow, converting a cosy sized property into a spacious 3 bedroom home with two reception rooms, and still retaining all gardens.

This proposal will mean the property will be more energy efficient than it would be building extensions at ground floor, along with retaining more garden for bio diversity merit in which a section of garden can now be dedicated to re-wiliding with wild flora and forna attracting our pollinators. Both environmental positives ultimately securing planning permission.
