Another project completed! 🔨

This little unused corner has been transformed into a practical covered pushchair parking area for Sleaford Fun house.

The brief was simple: create a sturdy, weather-resistant pergola that gives parents somewhere safe and sheltered to leave their push chairs while they enjoy a coffee.

It's a great example of how even a small improvement can make a big difference to both customers and businesses.

A new ensuite bathroom fitted for this customer in Sleaford.
I removed the old suite and tiles. Moved all the pipework under the floorboards and into the walls to create a more seamless look and installed a new WC, basin and shower cubicle with waterproof paneling on 2 walls. This room is ready for the flooring to be fitted and will be good to go 👌

Replaced a tired suite in this rental property in Sleaford. The customer asked me for a new walk in shower, vanity, cabinet and toilet, and to level and replace the flooring. It's looking fresh and ready to go back on the market

From an empty room to a brand new kitchen. All units built and installed, worktops fitted and backsplash tiled.
It's now a sleek and modern design ready to be used

Another media wall completed; encompassing a wrap around electric fire, cut outs for the TV sound system and niches behind the TV for sky box and other media units.

Also replaced a couple of radiators for designer ones for a classier feel.

Now ready for decorating and finishing touches

New tiled backsplash for this customer adding a splash of colour and character to the neutral kitchen.
Tiles are navy blue metro tiles with white grout and black trim.

I've updated this ensuite bathroom for a customer, replacing the basin and pedestal with a vanity unit and fitting some storage. Also replaced the panel radiator with a towel radiator.

The customer in this new build in Sleaford wanted a shower adding to their bathroom. I removed the old tiles that didn't fully cover the area and replaced them with waterproof shower panels. Added new pipework for the shower as well as a fixed screen. The space is now much more usable and has loads more character than the original bathroom

Custom loft bed created for this customer for their daughter's bedroom. An awkward space with a sloped floor to deal with. The new set up includes a full sized single bed, access ladder on one end, a desk with power and plenty of storage
