Our latest partnership with Radiant Renewables has hit another milestone with half of the properties now fully completed, some even with their new owners in!

Together, we're bringing sustainable heating and hot water solutions to six stunning new-builds in Old Somerby, Grantham. Radiant provided a full design & supply package for the heating system including heat loss calculations, specification, schematics and MCS registration. We then handled the installation of the 1st & 2nd fix plumbing services, underfloor heating throughout and the Ariston air source heat pump system. The new owners will benefit from renewable and efficient heating & hot water for years to come!

Take a peak into an ongoing project at Carre's Hospital Almshouses in Sleaford, Lincolnshire 🔥

We've altered the plantroom, installed a new horizontal flue and replaced the existing system with a 150kW Ideal Heating Evomax 2 boiler. Once the installation is complete, we'll begin remedial works to ensure we preserve the historic charm and aesthetic of this iconic building!
