Some photos of the tree takedowns we’ve completed this week across the West Sussex area. Most of these trees were in decline and had become poorly balanced, making removal the safest option.

A job we recently completed in Walberton while enjoying the recent heat wave.

Crown reduction and reshaping of a mature oak tree to reduce crown spread and end-weight, together with minor crown lifting over the driveway as you can see it was very much needed. We also deadwood two large cherry trees with dangerous dead limbs covering the road.
We decided to take our tracked chipper as customer requested all chipping left on site to use around the garden.

We carried out work on a large cedar with excessive limb weight and significant overhang, reducing the crown and removing selected limbs to improve balance, clearance, and overall safety.

We also dismantled and removed a dead elm tree that had been standing dead for some time, leaving the stump in place at the customer’s request. All timber was cut into smaller log sizes and neatly stacked ready for drying.

🌲Two large Scot’s pines removed as they had reached end of life, we believe them to be over 70ft, stumps have been carved into plant pots on customers request.
