So what can you expect from Dronez Access Ltd drone roof inspection here is latest sample from our work in West Midlands .
We have carried out an photographic of the areas indicated on the plan on Page 3 and the resulting observations and conclusions are set out in this report.
An aerial inspection using an un-manned aerial vehicle (UAV) is purely a visual inspection of the roof surface features, recording the observations as either still images or video. The inspection is non-intrusive, and does not identify any roof construction beneath the surface covering.
In the case of slate/tile roofs observation can only be made in respect of features which can be seen externally, and the presence or condition of underlying components such as battens, underlays and thermal insulation cannot normally be verified. Roof covering design features such as roof pitch, lap size or fixing specification also cannot be confirmed from visual examination.
In the case of membrane coverings, the imagery may show indications of the type of underlying structure, such as insulation board, wood panels or support members.
The inspection is to provide an overall condition assessment of the roof and to assist with locating the source of specific water ingress problems where possible, but is not intended to identify every single instance of defects.
The following report should be read in conjunction with the collection of original imagery which has been made separately available.
