We have returned to do a 12 month maintenance check. Looks really good now the landscaping is complete and scaffolding is down.

We are due to start work on this period property in Sutton Coldfield, the customer has requested to keep the roof design/style sympathetic to the original style, we will taking off the slate and installing open air membrane, batten and valleys lined with code 5 lead work, and then supplying and installing locally sourced reclaimed Westmorland Slate, we will also be removing the chimneys as they are no longer required
