They’d been provided with an EE backup connection in the meantime, but during peak evening times it was struggling and regularly cutting out — particularly noticeable when trying to watch Sky Glass, which I’d previously installed for them.

Today we removed an ageing Cloud 9 internet system that was struggling with slow speeds and frequent dropouts.

⭐ Another Starlink Installation Completed ⭐

Here’s a recent installation completed after the customer moved home.

Unfortunately, the original installation had been done by bending a straight mast around the soffit instead of using the correct brackets and mast. It may have worked, but it certainly wasn’t a professional installation.

We removed the entire system and reinstalled it properly using the correct heavy-duty wall bracket and mast, ensuring a secure, neat and long-lasting installation.

To finish the job, we also installed a ceiling-mounted Wi-Fi access point on the top floor, providing fast, reliable Wi-Fi coverage throughout the whole property with seamless roaming.
