Full chimney removal in East malling, new marley ludlow minor tiles placed randomly to blend in, finished with existing ridge tiles re-mucked

Extension in leybourne with velux integra solar powered roof windows installed, covered with marley mendips in smooth brown, finished with dry ridge and dry verge systems and 300mm cover step lead flashing.

Heres another update from last year where Any Pitch Roofing was contacted by the home owner to carry out a survey to check the condition of the top of their chimney. Once discovered how bad it was we removed all existing flaunching and vegetation and and reflaunched the top.

Here we have installed a new roof with a dry ridge system. The works included:
stripping off the old tiles, battens and felt and replacing with new. The customer also requested the chimney to be removed below the roofline and tiled over.

The roof was finished off with new Upvc soffit fascia and gutters
