We are so proud to announce that after getting nominated into the Central Prestige Awards we have come home with the trophy and the recognition.

Our team recently completed this beautiful property in Dorridge for Sharp Homes. It consisted of 5 tiled bathrooms, 1 toilet room, 1 fireplace and over 170 meters of ground floor tiling to the kitchen and dining room.

A statement in craftsmanship and design 🤎

This bespoke bathroom was designed to feel architectural, seamless and timeless from every angle.

Large Format marble-effect porcelain has been carefully set to enhance the natural veining across the feature wall, vanity and walk-in shower — creating flow and continuity throughout the space. Precision mitred external corners ensure uninterrupted lines, while the large-format floor tiles ground the room with a soft, balanced finish.

The double floating vanity is framed by three backlit mirrors, introducing symmetry and depth, while the integrated lighting highlights the veining and adds warmth in the evening.

In the shower area, a recessed illuminated niche and frameless glass enclosure maintain clean sightlines and a minimalist aesthetic. Every detail — from alignment to finishing — has been executed with accuracy and intent.

This is what happens when design vision meets meticulous installation.

We are currently running 5 large development sites at the moment and this is one of them. Blue Lake consists of 11 tiled en-suites, 2 boot rooms, 2 ground floor toilets, 2 garage floors and 2 large kitchen open plan areas. Over 450 square meters of tiling here to be getting on with.
