A lovely couple who ive done work for before, refurbing a victorian house, bathroom, 1st big job.
From visiting, measuring, and a small sketch, this was the pattern, design, that my clients went for.
Ufh latexed over ready for 20p shaped sheet mosaic.

Once prep done, floor layed and new skirtings too.
Another client thats really happy with their new lounge floor.

Porch, hall, under stairs and kitchen prepped with 6mm hardie board, then tiled with victorian effect pattern tiles supplied by client.
Border had to be cut down as would have looked too wide at narrow areas.
Client well pleased.

Bathroom prepared and tiled after 1st fix done by others who started tiling, but then stopped by client as they could see it was going wrong.
To the rescue i came and sorted it for them.
Happy clients, just 2nd fix to do after id finished.

Kitchen floor prepared by customer, who did a great job.
So i primed floor with sbr bonding agent twice, allow to dry.
Floor set out with full tile from lounge and bathroom door, working central to patio doors to garden.
Tiles, 450x450mm victorian style, grouted in mid grey.
Ist phase done, 2nd phase bathroom as and when instructed.

Kitchen floor prepared with 6mm hardie board, screwed every 150mm.
This job requires access to a cellar below the kitchen floor.
Access frame and hatch trimmed back to back, hexagonal tiles centralised to kitchen running the bond and pattern through the removeable hatch, via ring pull handles.
Grouted in mid grey, threshold strips fitted to both doorways.
