Kitchen/WC refurbishment here including ufh and natural stone flooring. The exposed brick wall was sandblasted to elevate the finish and create a beautiful feature, against the black cast iron radiators, theres a real warm feeling in this barn conversion, its come along way from the milking shed it was 100 plus years ago. Full bathroom refurbishment in Illshaw Heath here, everything stripped out right back to joists, stud/brick and rebuilt from scratch but properly this time, unfortunately this room had been out of use for some years due to leaks & other issues. So a very welcomed change for the customer, and some wonderful finishing choices to compliment the period property whilst still giving a modern touch 👌🏻

Full Bathroom refurbishment here, old suite & finishings removed, overhaul of the room & all plumbing to create this beautiful neutral space with some bespoke oak tones to compliment the character of the property, coupled with modern quality fixtures & fittings including underfloor heating. Also epoxy grout was used to maintain a clean white look with the walls, same for the floor to make sure the colour stays on point. The small details collectively make a big difference, wonderful job to work on.

WC refurbishment here, what a beautiful transformation and a real joy to be the company chosen to create our customers dream space. So much involved here and we don’t need to go into full detail but just a snippet.
Tiles used were a national trust Woodland Glade, flooring was Invictus cabin oak glue down supplied to us by Studio Flooring. Bespoke hand built shoe storage cupboard & vanity unit were made so they could be painted the same colour (still awaiting another visit from the decorator). The Stone is BQS capri polished supplied to us by Bellagio Marble Ideas. The hand crafted sink was supplied by the London Basin Company. LED mirror & wall lights from Pebble Grey. Brass accents throughout to compliment the warm tones. All work completed in house & to an exceptional standard, we go above & beyond for our customers time and time again, from design to build.
