When we say “don’t try this at home,” this is exactly what we mean.
Two well known companies had a go at this system, and the poor client was left with more stress than security.

Thankfully they got in touch with us and now everything is fixed, tidy, and working like it should.

📌 Updated Booking Policy

Due to a recent increase in last‑minute cancellations, all installation bookings scheduled more than 30 days in advance will now require a 10% non‑refundable deposit.

As a small business, a great deal of planning goes into each job — from organising the diary and managing cash flow to purchasing materials well ahead of time. Last‑minute cancellations, especially within 24 hours of the scheduled start, create significant disruption and financial loss.

This deposit helps ensure that time and resources are respected, and it allows us to continue providing a reliable, high‑quality service for all customers.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

A timely reminder that even the most reliable fire detectors need regular attention.

Over time, detectors can gather dust, lose sensitivity, or simply be overlooked. Maintaining them isn’t complicated—but it does require care and consistency.

That’s why our guide highlights three essential steps every engineer should follow:

- Test detectors thoroughly
- Clean them safely
- Record everything clearly

These may sound like the basics, but they’re the foundation of system reliability and client protection. When testing, cleaning, and logging are done right, everyone has greater peace of mind.
