Large timber decking supplied and built with hand rail and ballastrades old decking used to make a seat with a view looking over the fields tarmac drive dug up and replaced with gravel grids and moonstone chippings which has rectified any flooding issues they had with the old tarmac drive

Large flat roof over garage and utility was holding 70mm of water because of lack of fall on roof. Ferring strips and recovery boards then underlay felt and tweed top felt and then new deep flow guttering fitted to complete bungalow to make sure rain water come off roof and gets dealt even in the heaviest rain
