Had the pleasure of building this sleeper wall and step for a lovely couple in Benfleet this week. The old one was rotten to pieces so thrilled they have a shiny new one! The customer is eager to get a fresh paint job on 😁

Old roof removed, dug and poured all the new footings, steel columns and beams bolted in place and timber joists and studs starting to be installed.
It's been a chilly job so far! More photos coming in the week!
