🌿 Is Green the New Grey?

I’ve noticed a bit of a trend lately.

For years, grey seemed to be the safe choice, but more and more enquiries are now coming through for green finishes.

Perhaps one reason for its popularity is that green tends to sit really well alongside grey. The Eucalyptus Satin finish shown here is a great example of the softer green tones that are becoming increasingly popular. It can freshen up a space and introduce a bit more character without everything else needing to change.

I’ve also included a few projects completed in shades of green. If you like the look of Eucalyptus Satin, I’ll be sharing a recent project featuring this finish in my next post.

What a transformation.

This kitchen had extensive delamination across the doors and panels, leaving it looking tired and dated.

Rather than replacing the entire kitchen, every door and panel was professionally restored, prepared and wrapped in a contemporary satin finish, completely transforming the space. The original bulky chrome handles were replaced with elegant Art Deco hardware, giving the kitchen a more refined and modern look.

The transformation speaks for itself.

A slightly different load in the van today! 🌸🚐

After spending the last few weeks indoors transforming kitchens and doors, I’ve finally managed to make the most of what looks like the last decent day before the rain arrives.

With a few days between projects, I’ve swapped vinyl wrap for gardening, while also catching up on the admin and social media that tends to get neglected when I’m busy on site.

Back to transforming kitchens and interiors again soon — and I’ll be sharing the final photos from my latest project later this week.

Every damaged surface had to be stripped back properly.

Doors removed.
Factory casing peeled away.
Delaminated panels exposed.
MDF sealed and prepared.

To minimise disruption, all removable parts are restored and wrapped off-site at the workshop before returning for installation.
