💬 Why were we called: Following on from building works, the client needed the dining room refurbished, pipes boxing in and areas of damaged plaster made good.

📌 What was done: The old wall paper was stripped, damaged walls and trim prepared before applying 3 coats of emulsion to walls and ceilings, 2 coats of satin wood to white trim. Pipework was contained and new electrical sockets and switches installed for aesthetic appeal.

🎬 What was the outcome: A fresh and vibrant finish ready to receive carpet in coming days. The client was delighted with the outcome and is looking forward to utilising the space.

✅Why we were called: This rental property was shortly to be re occupied but required attention in a number of rooms.

✅What was done: surfaces were thoroughly cleaned and prepared, new doors installed and wardrobe tracks/doors replaced and adjusted. In this case, anti mould/scrubbable perma-white’ paint was recommended and applied on walls and ceilings, eggshell on older trim for its ‘imperfection hiding qualities’ and satin on the newly installed doors.

✅What was the outcome: A clean, tidy and more durable finish better suited to higher traffic environments. The project was accommodated quickly to suit the landlords timeline objectives.

✅What did the customer say: The customer was delighted with the outcome and was able to move forward with new tenancy agreements on time and on budget.

Why were we called: the client reached out as the tiled floor had failed and needed to be replaced, ideally with something warmer and softer under foot. Lino was the clients choice.

What was done: the old tiles and adhesive was taken up, the existing boarding prepared and sealed before applying a levelling compound.

What was the outcome: a warm and modern looking bathroom floor delivered to meet client needs.

What did the client say: this returning client elected to have the work undertaken whilst away on holiday and was absolutely delighted with the outcome.

💬 Why Called: Called to a retirement bungalow in south Darenth as the occupant was struggling to manage the planted borders.

📌 What was done: We removed all of the plants and shrubs before preparing the ground and laying paving slabs around the perimeter of the bungalow.

🎬 What was the outcome: The customer now has a low maintenance border on which to put pots and a bench. They no longer have to worry about ongoing maintenance. The customer was delighted with the end result!
